What does it cost to use the site?

The use of the site costs organizations nothing! The organizations can access and use all the tools on the site anytime, or from anywhere, for no charge to them. This type of a site is costly to create, maintain and constantly update, and there must be a method for expense recovery, that is not only to assist in the cost incurrence of the site development, but also for the credit card charges that are associated with the online transaction. The site only charges a fee for the online credit card transactions, which is added on at the time of the registration transaction. Nowhere else do we depend on the organizations, or the registrants, for funds. All cash, checks and other transactions (non credit card) funds are kept completely by the organizations, we do not charge any fees for any other type of transaction, other than the credit card. These charges are only collected at the time of the online transaction (credit card) of registration, and are kept by the site for their administrative purposes. All other funds are kept by the organization for their use. This site was developed with assisting organizations in mind, and keeping the cost burden to a minimum. Usually the site fees as such are included in the registration charges and are totaled as one sum for the registrant. Here is an example: $75.00 total registration fee is $70.91 organization fee and $4.09 site administrative fee, to come to a total of $75.00. The thought behind this is to make the fee the same for online and cash transactions, so that more people will register online, rather than phone you at home to come collect their money. Or you can add the fee on any way that is most suitable for your organization. Again, the fee is only charged at the time of, and only on the, online credit card transactions.

How can people pay for registration?

The public has the ability to pay online, through the Internet, for your event, by the use of credit card (Visa and MasterCard). There is also the provision to accept cash, check, and all other types of transactions, including Hardship case! Now registration can take place at home, the office, a friends place, or anywhere where there is Internet access. No more waiting for registration clinics, finding volunteers, or meeting someone at their house to collect money for registration. It is the only way to get into your sport!
(The provisions for cash, check and other types of transactions, other than credit card, are only accessible through the organization login, by the organization itself, and are not permitted through public registration.)

How does the organization get their money from the site?

Firstly, the cash, check and other (non credit card) funds are already in the possession of the organizations at the time of registration, as this type of registration must be done by person-to-person interaction. No one can register for the event without paying the organizations registration fee in one form or another. The site handles all the credit card transactions. The credit card transactions are approved, secured and transferred by the site to the organization. We take care of all the handling that is necessary for credit card transaction. Once the funds have been properly secured, you have a couple of options on how to receive the payment. You can either receive a check for the cleared amount within a given period of time (usually 5 days to clear funds and issue the check), or you can receive an instant deposit to your account once the funds are cleared. The site provides you with various financial reports, that are as general as how much the organization has collected as a whole, or how much each person has paid, as well as when and how. The online funds transfer can take between 3-5 days for clearing and transfer.

How is the information of the organization and the registrants protected?

The organization receives a login ID and Password, that is only known by the organization. NO ONE ELSE CAN ACCESS THE ORGANIZATION LOGIN! It is very safe and secure. You can change the Password to anything you can easily remember once you access the login for the first time. The site was built around safety, confidentiality and security in mind.
